Scholarship Opportunities: Jasso and Twincle Programs at Chiba University 2024/2025 for UPI Students

Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) is proud to announce international scholarship opportunities offered by Chiba University, Japan. These programs are designed to support UPI students’ academic development, provide cross-cultural learning experiences, and broaden their global perspectives.

Jasso Scholarship

The Jasso Scholarship invites post-graduate students (Master/Doctor) from UPI to join a 12-week hybrid program.

Jasso Scholarship Timeline:

1. Nomination Deadline: November 24, 2024
2. Application Deadline: November 27, 2024
3. Pre-Visit Online Activity: December 14, 2024 – January 25, 2025
4. Activity at Chiba University: February 5-20, 2025
5. Online Post-Visit Activity: Weekly from December 2024 to March 2025

TWINCLE Program 2025

Chiba University also invites undergraduate and post-graduate students from UPI to participate in the TWINCLE Program 2025, offering the following courses:

1. SAKURA Science Program
   • Scholarship for 1 selected student.
   • Exclusively for physics majors or those aspiring to become science teachers.
        

2. Physics Experiment Program
   

   • Scholarship for 1 selected student.
   • Open to physics majors or those aspiring to become science teachers.
        

3. Sports Science Program
   

   • Up to 4 students can participate (no scholarship available).
        

TWINCLE Program Timeline:

1. Nomination Deadline: November 14, 2024
2. Application Deadline: November 15, 2024
3. Arrival in Japan: February 5, 2025
4. Activity at Chiba University: February 6-10, 2025
5. Departure from Japan: February 11, 2025
