The Master Program of Chemistry, located in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education, was established on June 22, 2020. Presently, it has secured accreditation from ASIIN, Euromaster® Label, and has received excellent accreditation. The objective of the Master Program of Chemistry is to promote graduates capable of serving as educators, researchers, specialists in chemistry or related domains, and to contribute to the advancement and practical application of chemical science. Graduates are anticipated to possess the aptitude to advance chemical understanding across diverse professions. The strictness of selection in Chemistry Master Program is 1:2.

As a pioneer in the advancement of chemical science and applied chemistry, especially environmental-material chemistry and biological-food chemistry based on Indonesian natural resources.

- Disseminating the vision, mission, objectives, and strategies of the chemistry study program through the website, social media and on official formal documents of the chemistry study program
- Improving the organizational governance system in the Study Program as the spearhead implementation towards quality education that ensures planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling, internal and external operations run efficiently and effectively according to SOP
- Developing learning plans and conducting continuous monitoring and evaluation
- Facilitating lecturers in writing scientific research papers
