Welcoming the Beginning of Muharram 1446 H

On the occasion of the 1st of Muharram 1446 Hijri, the Faculty of Mathematics and Sciences Education (FPMIPA) at the Indonesia University of Education (UPI) joyfully extends greetings for the Islamic New Year to all members of the academic community and the people of Indonesia.

The Islamic New Year, also known as the beginning of Muharram, is not just a calendar celebration but also a moment of deep reflection for Muslims around the world. Marking the migration of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) from Mecca to Medina, this event teaches the values of tolerance, brotherhood, and devotion to Allah SWT. FPMIPA UPI views the beginning of Muharram as a time to reflect on achievements and set new goals in the development of science, education, and community service. We hope that the Islamic New Year 1446 Hijri brings happiness, peace, and success to everyone. Let us welcome the new year with renewed enthusiasm, sincerity in doing good deeds, and heartfelt prayers for the progress of the nation and humanity as a whole.

Happy Islamic New Year 1446 Hijri!
