The findings from the FPMIPA Student Satisfaction Questionnaire rovide valuable insights into students’ perceptions of the services offered by the faculty and study program. A significant majority, 69.7% of respondents, expressed an excellent impression, highlighting their high level of satisfaction with the quality and responsiveness of the services provided. Additionally, the remaining 30.3% of students shared a very positive impression, further underscoring the faculty's and study program's dedication to maintaining exceptional standards and fostering a supportive academic environment. These results reflect a strong commitment to meeting the needs and expectations of students in their educational journey.

Overall, based on the results of the student satisfaction form provided by the Master’s Program in Physics Education indicate a commendable average satisfaction rate of 92%. This percentage reflects students' positive perceptions of various key aspects, including program services, faculty performance, the assessment process, and the provided infrastructure. Most students consistently rated these elements as highly satisfactory, emphasizing their reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. Such results highlight the program's commitment to delivering high-quality education and ensuring that students' academic and support needs are effectively met.
